- 1 cup soya chunks
- 1/2 cup fox nuts (makhana)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Soak the soya chunks in warm water for about 20 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
