- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin (optional)
- Salt, to taste (omit if under 1 year)

In a pot, bring water to a boil and add sweet potato and carrot. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until tender.

If using fresh spinach, add it to the pot during the last 2 minutes of cooking. If frozen, simply add it after draining the other vegetables.

Drain the vegetables and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
