Homemade Healthy S'mores Cereal

Crispy and crunchy whole grain cereal pieces with graham cracker flavor, mini marshmallows, and dark chocolate chunks. A nostalgic breakfast treat that's much healthier than the store-bought version.

- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, whole wheat flour, graham cracker crumbs, coconut palm sugar, and salt.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined and the oats are completely coated.

Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5-7 minutes to prevent burning.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cereal cool completely.
