- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ¾ cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp za’atar spice mix
- 4 fresh figs, sliced
- 4 oz fresh goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

In a bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
