- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons zaatar spice mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for topping)
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow to foam for about 10 minutes.
