Spicy Seafood Stir Fry in a Long Handle Wok
"Calamari and Shrimp Stir Fry Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 5 minutes | Serves 2 1 cup shrimp 1 cup calamari 1 cup sliced bok choy 1 teaspoon oil 1. Marinade calamari and shrimp in a Superfoods marinade. 2. In a wok, stir fry drained calamari & shrimp in coconut oil for few minutes, add bok choy and stir fry for 2 more minutes. 3. Add the rest of the marinade and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve with brown rice or quinoa."
