This delicious and refreshing sugar-free wrap combines tender grilled chicken, crisp veggies, and a tangy Greek yogurt sauce. Packed with flavor and low in carbs, it's a perfect lunch choice for diabetics.
ingredients
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
- ¼ cup cucumber, julienned
- ¼ cup carrot, julienned
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
