- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup snow peas
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked white rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
