- 2 lemons (zest and juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

In a bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken tenders and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
