Zesty Lemon Herb Salmon

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (omit for strict AIP)
