- 4 cups water
- 2 cups raw honey
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 packet champagne yeast (or mead yeast)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Additional raspberries and lime slices for garnish
