- Water: Enough to make 5 gallons
- Honey: 2 lbs. Wildflower Honey
- Fruit: 22 lbs. Acai Berry Puree
- Yeast: 1 package (5g) Mead Yeast

Sanitize all brewing equipment thoroughly to maintain a clean environment.
- 2.
Prepare a fermentation vessel with at least a 5-gallon capacity.
- 3.
In the fermentation vessel, pour in the 2 lbs. of wildflower honey.
- 4.
Add 22 lbs. of acai berry puree to the vessel.
- 5.
Fill the vessel with water until the total volume reaches 5 gallons.
- 6.
Stir the mixture well to dissolve the honey and ensure even distribution.
- 7.
Rehydrate the 5g package of mead yeast per the package instructions.
- 8.
Gently add the rehydrated yeast to the must, stirring lightly.
- 9.
Seal the fermentation vessel with an airlock for gas escape and contaminant prevention.
- 10.
Place the vessel in a cool, dark location (ideal temperature: 60-70°F/15-21°C).
- 11.
Allow fermentation to occur for 4-6 weeks, or until activity visibly slows.
- 12.
Carefully siphon the mead into a clean secondary vessel, leaving sediment behind.
- 13.
Seal the secondary vessel and allow the mead to age for several months.
- 14.
Siphon the aged mead into sanitized bottles, sealing with caps or corks.
- 15.
Store in a cool, dark place for additional aging or serve chilled immediately.
