- 4 cups sushi rice
- Nori seaweed sheets
- 1 cup cloudberries
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Pickled seaweed
- Fresh dill for garnish
