- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 4 ounces ground sausage
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
