- 1x Traditional Series Crossman's Gold Lager
- 1kg Beer Enhancer Bavarian Wheat or 1.2 kg of Mangrove Jack's Wheat Liquid Malt Extract
- 1.5 kg Yeast - Mangrove Jack's Craft Series M21 - Belgian Wit Yeast

In a large pot, bring 2 gallons of water to a boil
- 2.
Add the liquid malt extract and beer enhancer, stir until dissolved
- 3.
Remove from heat and let cool to 70°F
- 4.
Transfer to fermenter, add yeast, seal with airlock
- 5.
Ferment for 2 weeks, then bottle and enjoy
