- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 orange (sliced, including skin)
- 10 raisins
- 2-3 pounds Blueberry Blossom honey
- 1/2 package Lalvin ICV D-47 champagne yeast
- 1/2 gallon non-chlorinated water (heated)
- Additional filtered water (to top off)

Use a funnel to pour the honey-water mixture into the jug.

Ensure the must temperature is below 90°F before adding the champagne yeast.

Fill the airlock with water and insert it into the jug’s lid.
