- 1 lb Light Dry Malt Extract
- 1 cup Honey (local, if possible)
- 1.5 oz Cascade Hops (bittering)

- 0.5 oz Cascade Hops (aroma)
- 1 packet American Ale Yeast
- 5 oz Corn Sugar (for bottling)
- Water (to fill to 5 gallons)

5 gallons of water to 165°F in a large kettle. • Add the Pale Malt and Crystal Malt to the kettle, stirring well, and maintain the temperature at 152°F for 60 minutes for mashing. • After mashing, sparge with

Ferment for about 1-2 weeks until bubbling stops. • After fermentation, dissolve corn sugar in boiling water, cool, and add to the beer for carbonation.
