Almond Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns brown and nutty. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
