ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.

Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess fat.

Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully peel off 8 large leaves.

In a bowl, mix together the cooked beef, cheese, tomato, onion, and pickles.

Divide the mixture among the cabbage leaves, then fold like a burrito.

Place the wraps seam-side down in a baking dish.
