ingredients
- 2 lbs. russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup milk
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
