Tender lamb mixed with creamy cheese and buttery mushrooms, baked to perfection for a low-carb and keto friendly dinner.

- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
