Cheesy Taco Macaroni Bake

This hearty and flavorful dish combines the best of macaroni and cheese with classic taco flavors. Elbow macaroni is cooked to perfection, mixed with seasoned ground beef, topped with gooey cheese, and baked until bubbly. A family-friendly meal that is sure to become a favorite!

- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
