Cheesy Taco Nachos

A zesty and indulgent combination of crispy tortilla chips topped with flavorful taco meat, gooey melted cheese, and a zesty Rotel and Velveeta sauce. These Cheesy Taco Nachos are perfect for parties or a fun family dinner night!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup tortilla chips, lightly crushed
- 8 small flour tortillas

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a small saucepan, heat the Rotel and Velveeta cheese over low heat until melted and smooth.

Spread the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
