- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup cooked chestnuts, pureed
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chestnut puree for garnish
