Tender chicken shawarma with a medley of fresh veggies and a flavorful tahini sauce, served over a bed of fluffy couscous.
ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp shawarma seasoning
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss chicken with olive oil and shawarma seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
