ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices whole grain bread
