- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 50ml vegetable oil (for frying)

In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas, oats, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, tahini, soy sauce, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon juice until well combined.
