ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 8 oz baby bella mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns and toppings of choice

In a food processor, pulse chickpeas until coarsely chopped.

Sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic until softened.

In a bowl, combine chickpeas, mushrooms, parsley, breadcrumbs, flaxseed, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Form mixture into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5.
Freeze for 1 hour, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
- 6.
To cook, bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 7.
Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
