Enjoy a unique blend of sweet carrots with zesty orange and lemon flavors in this homemade wine. Perfect for a refreshing sip on a sunny day.
ingredients
- 2 cups carrot juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 packet wine yeast
- 1 cup Bearded Tree Linden Honey
- 4 cups water

In a large pot, combine carrot juice, orange zest, lemon zest, sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- 3.
Sprinkle wine yeast over the mixture and cover with a clean towel. Let sit for 24 hours.
- 4.
Strain mixture into a glass container, discarding solids.
- 5.
Cover with a clean towel and let ferment for 2 weeks.
- 6.
Strain once more and bottle the wine.
- 7.
Store in a cool, dark place for at least 1 month before serving.
