- 4 liters fresh water
- 4 kilograms raw honey
- 1 whole lemon (with skin)
- 1 cup bay leaves
- 1 cup grape juice
- 1 teaspoon tannin
- 1 teaspoon yeast

Boil water and remove from heat. Add honey, stirring until dissolved.

Slice lemon thinly and add to the mixture with bay leaves, grape juice, and tannin.

Let cool to room temperature before adding yeast. Cover and let ferment for 1-2 weeks.
