- 1/4 cup powdered, unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 4 cups raw milk
- 1 4" cinnamon stick or 4 cinnamon leaves
- 4 tbsp raw honey

In a small saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder and water over low heat until smooth.

Add milk and cinnamon to the saucepan, stirring gently to combine.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot but not boiling.

Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5.
Stir in honey until fully dissolved.
- 6.
Remove cinnamon stick or leaves before serving hot.
