Colorful Beef Stir-Fry Bursting with Flavors

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to make the stir-fry sauce.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the sliced beef to the hot skillet and stir-fry until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
