Colorful Chicken Cabbage Stir Fry

- 2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup broccolini, trimmed and cut in half
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
