- 3 LBS Briess CBW® Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 2 LBS Briess CBW® Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 1 LB Goldpils® Vienna Malt
- 1 LB Bonlander® Munich Malt
- 1 LB Brewers Red Wheat Flakes
- 1 oz Hallertau Tradition Hops
- 1 oz Fuggle Hops
- 1 PACK Ferments Safale BE-134 Yeast
- 5 oz Priming Sugar
steps
- 1.
Steep Vienna and Munich malts in 3 gallons of water at 150°F for 30 minutes
- 2.
Remove grains, add DME, bring to a boil, add Hallertau hops and boil for 60 minutes
- 3.
Add Fuggle hops in the last 15 minutes of the boil
- 4.
Cool and transfer to fermenter, top up to 5 gallons, pitch yeast
- 5.
Ferment for 2 weeks, bottle with priming sugar, and condition for 2 weeks
