- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup frozen peas (optional)
