Creamy and decadent twist on classic Chicken Marsala with heavy cream and parmesan cheese sauce.
ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, pounded thin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
steps

Season chicken with salt and pepper, dredge in flour.
- 2.
Heat oil and butter in a skillet, brown chicken on both sides, remove and set aside.
- 3.
In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms until browned.
- 4.
Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, simmer.
- 5.
Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, let thicken.
- 6.
Return chicken to skillet, cook until done.
- 7.
Serve with sauce, garnish with parsley.
