Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

- 12 oz. linguine
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
