Creamy Green Mushroom Mash

This creamy and flavorful puree combines nutrient-rich spinach, earthy mushrooms, and creamy potatoes into a delicious and wholesome meal for your little one. - 1 cup spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- Pinch of salt

In a pot, add the diced potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork-tender, approximately 10-15 minutes.

In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.

Steam the chopped spinach until wilted, approximately 3-5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid and set aside.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.

Add the sautéed mushrooms, steamed spinach, milk, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.

Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the mixture until smooth and creamy.

If needed, add a little more milk to achieve the desired consistency.
