Savory Salmon Croquettes

- 1 (14.75 oz) can of salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
