These flavorful potato wedges are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices. An affordable and delicious alternative to traditional fries.

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
