- 4 Boiled eggs, sliced in half
- 1/4th cup Chopped onions
- 1/4th cup Chopped tomatoes
- 4-5 leaves Lettuce, shredded
- 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts, crushed
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 2-3 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves, chopped

In a bowl, combine chopped onions, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and crushed roasted peanuts.
