Decadent Chocolate Chip Bliss Muffins

- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ¾ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
