- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
