Fiery Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper.
