Fiery Jalapeno Poppa Pasta

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced jalapenos and minced garlic, sauté until tender.
