Jalapeno Popper Chicken Pasta

Creamy penne pasta with a tangy jalapeno popper twist, slow-cooked to perfection for a flavorful and spicy dinner option.
ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced jalapenos (seeds removed if preferred)
- 1 cup diced cooked bacon
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
- 1 pound cubed Chicken
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- Optional: 8 oz sour cream
- Optional: 2 cups fresh spinach chopped

In a crockpot, combine diced jalapenos, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and ranch dressing mix. Stir to combine.

Add in Cubed Chicken and stir to combine

Top with chunks of cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for at least 4 hours

When chicken is cooked through, remove lid and stir until everything is combined.

Optional: Add in sour cream and spinach and stir

Leave uncovered on low while you cook the pasta

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain

Add the pasta, and cooked bacon to the crockpot and mix. Add Salt and pepper to taste
