Savory tofu in maple sauce over spaghetti with herbal twist.
ingredients
- 1 3/4 lbs extra firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 10 oz spaghetti
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
