- 2 lbs alfalfa honey
- 1 gallon filtered water
- 1 packet mead yeast (Lalvin D47 or similar)
- 1 tsp yeast nutrient
- 1 tsp acid blend
- 1 cup fresh chamomile flowers (optional, for infusion)
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- 1 lemon (sliced, optional)
