Crunchy Vegan Apple Cinnamon Cake

- 3/4 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, etc.)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 medium-sized apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)Crumble Topping:

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth and well combined.
