Fresh Veggie Sushi Rolls
ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 nori sheets
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Soy sauce and wasabi for dipping

Cook sushi rice and let cool

Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt

Spread rice on nori sheet

Add cucumber, carrot, pepper, avocado

Roll tightly and cut into sushi rolls
